Meet Alanna
Alanna is a Holistic Nutritionist and the eye behind Crudité & Co. With a professional nutrition background, she is confidently able to cater to any dietary preferences or restrictions.
Her philosophy is based around the principle of mindful eating and the idea that healthy digestion begins when our senses are thoroughly in tune with the food we’re about to eat. She truly believes that food can be both a form of nourishment and pure enjoyment.
