All boards and supplies must be returned within 72 hours. Please select an option for the return or collection of items for your board.
You may select a delivery or pick-up option for your board upon check-out.
Upon selecting your order, you will have the option of requesting vegan, vegetarian, or gluten free.
48 hours notice is required for all Picnic Box and Signature Board orders. If you require a last-minute order within less than 48 hours, please contact us directly.
Products may not contain everything that appears in photos. Ingredients are subject to availability and seasonality.
Allergies: We are happy to work around any dietary preferences or restrictions however our products are not made in an allergen-free environment and therefore we cannot guarantee that there is no cross-contamination. For serious allergies, we would not recommend consuming our products.
Gift Orders: If your order is being delivered as a gift, please ensure that the recipient will be home to accept the delivery. We do not assume responsibility for any lost or damaged products if nobody is home to accept the delivery.
Confirmation: Once you have placed your order and payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours to finalize pick up or delivery details.
Refund Policy: All products are non-refundable. A date change will be accepted for Picnic Boxes and Signature Boards with 7 days notice. We do not assume responsibility for event changes or cancellations due to changes in social gathering rules or restrictions.
